VISITING AS THE GUEST OF A MEMBER:
Visitors are welcome when accompanied by a member. Please read our clubhouse policies below before visiting. Visitors must sign the guest book upon arrival. Please note all visitors must depart with their member host and may not remain in the club un-accompanied.
VISITING AS A RECIPROCAL MEMBER:
Visitors from reciprocal clubs are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the club. Reciprocal privileges are granted for a maximum of 2 weeks per year. A letter of introduction must be sent in advance to secretary@rpeyc.com.au.

*Please note: Children under the age of 18 are not permitted upstairs in the bar or dining room. Dining is available for children on the lawn and in the boatshed.
Clubhouse Policies
DRESS REGULATIONS:
All Members and guests are at all times expected to maintain their dress and appearance in a manner in keeping with the standards and traditions of the Club. Minimum dress requirements for particular areas of the Clubhouse are as follows:
Lawn and Boathouse:
Sailing and appropriately covered swimming attire
Bar/Living Room and Dining Room:
Sleeved and collared shirt, shorts, footwear (or female equivalent).
Wet sailing clothes, hats and caps are not permitted in the upstairs bar, sitting room or dining room.
PHONE & ELECTRONICS:
Mobile Telephones:
Speaking on mobile telephones by Members and guests upstairs in the Clubhouse is prohibited. Mobile phones should preferably be set to silent mode at the Club. All conversations must be outside the bar, living room, dining room and Boathouse areas. The use of mobile phones elsewhere on Club premises should be discreet.
Electronic Devices:
Electronic devices include tablets, laptops, personal music players, smart watches. The Club is a social meeting place where the use of electronic devices is restricted. The following regulations apply, noting that the antisocial use of electronic devices is prohibited: Texting, emailing, web browsing is only permitted on the lawns, locker rooms and bar. Personal music players must be used with headphones and shall not be used within the Clubhouse. Photo browsing and diarising on devices is permitted in all areas of the Club.
Photography and Social Media:
Discreet photography is welcome as long as it does not interfere with the enjoyment of other members or guests. Members and guests should refrain from taking photos or videos of any other members or guests anywhere in the Club. Posting on social media any photos that may picture other members or guests is strictly prohibited. Tagging the club is also prohibited
